Pre-Order and Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Pre-orders are processed within 2-4 business days to prevent fraudulent activity.
Product Description: Pre-orders are for hair products not in stock but shipped from an international warehouse to your said location.
Shipping from International Warehouse: Once processed, the product will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days.
ON HAND WIGS - Wigs will be shipped within 1-2 days of purchase (business days) not including holidays.
Shipping to Destination: Your order will be shipped via FedEx, DHL, or USPS.
Disclaimer: if shipped from DHL, there is a tariff fee of $25-28 that said customer is liable to pay on their own.
Signature Requirement: An adult signature is required for package retrieval.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Skyshaircloset LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact FedEx or the relevant carrier for assistance.
Skyshaircloset LLC will not be held responsible for packages marked as delivered or untraceable.
